What's a hashtag? It helps you follow specific topics or themes in instagram or twitter.

it snowed / we drank beer / moved a bit / drank wine on a staycation

dressed up in anticipation / cleaned up the yard / received good things / went to dinner

and picked our drinks from an ipad / ate outside / bought flowers in rain / caught venus just before the sun sunk below the clouds

whined for food and wine at whine / started and finished the hunger games / drank out of cats / harvested basil

it's been a good year so far and i bet it will keep getting better!

How I Met Your Mother

Incase you missed it.

A funny story. When the scene first started I noticed the glasses right away and had already rationalized to myself that we really didn't need these and we might never use them. Then Matt noticed them, looked at me and said, "We need those. Do you see what they are?!" :) I love him, no doubt about it.

The following Christmas Matt surprised me with four. They're as fun to use as I hoped!

My favorite room in my house is the living room. It's where we fort, where we eat, where we snuggle, where we tv/movie/read/mac. That room gets a lot of love and we love it. 

It's where we can relax.

"i'm kate and matt is my wonderful boyfriend of nine months. we met through hell's half mile film festival film programming and ended up as a couple after making out on a stage {actually...} during the festival. it's pretty out of character for both of us. our favorite activities are drinking beers (or wine), eating, watching too much tv and joking about our cats lulu and sam . i'm so glad we all found our way to each other."

Something that can always make me laugh is my kitties, my family, Matt.

My perfect day would include snuggling in the morning, spending a few hours out on the boat with the fam, then having the rest of my favorite people over for a dinner party, and a bon fire in the backyard.  full of love and overflowing with laughter.
