Noticing Happy

“I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point “If this isn’t nice I don’t know what is.”

It's been a really great weekend. Yesterday we were beyond productive, for us, for a Saturday, and today we were nearly as lazy as possible. I said to Matt more than once how pleased I was with both days and our lives, our life together.  I needed a weekend like this. <3

We're closing in on a month til the wedding. Woah! Although, there are enough things on my list that I might want to start being concerned about crossing them all off. I'm just excited for what's to come - our big day, a bachelorette weekend in Chicago, celebrating with other friends, family coming to town, the rest of rsvps trickling in, finalizing paper goods, and of course, crossing the rest of the things off "my list." It's going to be quite a crazy 33 days!

thankful

It's time to take a moment and share what I am thankful for.

I'm thankful for my wonderful boyfriend Matt who bought me a glass working groupon. He came along with me and was ready to just kill three hours waiting while class was in session. (He was actually, able to come and watch the action!) After a delicious dinner he drove us home, staying patient even when my shotty navigation kept taking us out our way. I'm truly thankful for all that he offers me and the love he brings into my life.

I am thankful for new love, family, the holiday season, a great meal, my wonderful home, sweet kitties, a good job, loud laughter, ridiculousness, friends, honesty, caring, silliness, happiness and seeing the beauty of everyday.

I am so thankful for the love and support I have in my life. I'm thankful that I'm strong on my own as well.

The best things catch me by surprise and then I'm thankfully reminded how beautiful the world is.

There is SO MUCH to be thankful for.
Life is good.

When we first saw this we both burst out laughing. I believe there was high fiving. Sir, you make my life more amusing. Thank you.
